Joanna Pristouris is a Partner of Tsatis & Associates.
She brings extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of residential real property, cooperative units, condominiums, and mixed-use buildings.
Ms. Pristouris continues to represent major lending institutions in all aspects of mortgage loan closings, consolidation, modification, and extension transactions, as well as cooperative loan financing.
Ms. Pristouris attended Quinnipiac University, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelors of Arts in Legal Studies. She is a 2007 graduate of the New England School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor.
Demetrios K. Tsatis is a principal of Tsatis & Associates.
His experience encompasses all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including conveyances, financing and leasing, as well as representing major lending institutions in mortgage loan closings, consolidation, modification, and extension transactions, and cooperative loan financing.
Mr. Tsatis devotes substantial time on the Firm's litigation practice, concentrating on landlord/ tenant matters and commercial disputes.
Stephanie Perez is a paralegal at Tsatis & Associates, P.C. Stephanie supports both attorneys in her role as a paralegal and acts as a liaison between the firm and its clients.
Stephanie is a native of Brooklyn and understands the needs of the firm's clientele.
